Are you currently enrolled in our Full Program and need help with a utility bill?
Has your job been directly affected by COVID 19? Have you lost your job? Have your hours been significantly cut back? Have you had to quit your job to stay home with children?
We understand that during this difficult time, your household income may have been greatly affected. We are opening our financial assistance program to help current Full Program clients with utility assistance, beginning April 20, 2020.
Your household must have already enrolled in our Full Program at the Real Life Center having already completed the full assessment process
Your financial difficulty must be directly related to COVID-19 (loss of employment/hours, etc.)
You must be able to e-mail your current utility bill
You must schedule an appointment
to Schedule an Appointment for Financial Assistance for Utility Bills if you meet the requirements above.
Appointments will be conducted through the phone only and are 30 minutes in duration. We are helping with utility bills only at this time.
