Program Impact
A primary goal of the Real Life Center is to keep families stable in their home. Stability leads to healthier families and communities. Our follow-up process allows us to track stability over the course of each family’s one-year program. Research shows that once someone hits a crisis a second crisis typically follows three months later. In 2017, 99% of Real Life Center families contacted at their 3-month follow-up had remained stable in their homes. Over 80% of families contacted at their one-year follow-up had reached over 50% of their goals.
